Six 360 tours are available on this page: the Meyer Blue showflat gallery, two drone views taken from the site over its surroundings, and the three show units built at the showflat, being the 2 Bedroom Premium (BP1), the 3 Bedroom Premium (CP1) and the 4 Bedroom Premium + Study with Private Lift (DPS1).
The tours are worth more if you know what to look for. The kitchen is the clearest thing to compare across the three units, because the specification tier changes visibly between them: the 2 Bedroom Premium runs a 2-zone V-Zug induction hob, the 3 Bedroom Premium is the first type in the development to receive town gas and steps up to a 3-burner gas hob, and the 4 Bedroom Premium + Study takes a 5-burner gas hob with a separate steam oven and a vacuum drawer alongside it. Flooring changes at the same point, from Silverite Marble in 600mm by 600mm to the larger 600mm by 1200mm Alphine Gris. Worth looking at too are the Gessi taps, the Laufen sanitary ware and the Poliform wardrobe in each Master Bedroom, all of which run through every unit type without stepping down.

The two drone tours cover two of the three outlooks the developer’s view study records. The landed housing tour looks north over the Tanjong Katong enclave, which is zoned for two storey housing and is the reason that side stays open. The sea view tour looks south east over East Coast Park and the water beyond it. The third documented outlook, south west toward the city at Marina South, has no drone tour of its own. Both drone tours were taken from height rather than from a specific unit, so treat them as the outlook available from the upper part of the block rather than as the view from any particular level.

The 2 Bedroom Premium (BP1) occupies stacks 04 and 05, the only type in the development to run up two stacks, with the stack 05 units drawn as mirrored versions of stack 04. Its band holds one other layout, the 2 Bedroom Premium + Study, which adds a Study with its own air-conditioning and acoustic blind for 43 sqft more.
The 3 Bedroom Premium (CP1) occupies stack 09, and is the only stack in the development with no first storey unit, which is why this type numbers 24 where every other single-stack type numbers 25. Its band holds one other layout, the 3 Bedroom, which is 151 sqft smaller and sits a full specification tier below it on the kitchen: induction rather than gas, and an integrated fridge freezer rather than a freestanding 90cm unit.
The 4 Bedroom Premium + Study (DPS1) occupies stack 01 and is the only tour showing a private lift and its own Private Lift Lobby. Its band holds two other layouts, the 4 Bedroom Premium types DP1 and DP2, and the difference matters more than the name suggests: DPS1 is the point at which the dishwasher and the integrated full fridge and freezer pair arrive, and neither DP1 nor DP2 is provided with a dishwasher.
Seven of the development’s ten layouts have no tour. The 2 Bedroom Premium + Study, the 3 Bedroom, both 4 Bedroom Premium types, the 5 Bedroom Suite and the two Penthouses are not shown here, and the Penthouses in particular are not represented by anything on this page: they are the only units with double volume ceilings, at 4.85m in the living and dining areas against 2.90m elsewhere.
