How to Read the Meyer Blue Balance Unit Chart

Every unit number takes the form #level-stack. In #22-01, the 22 is the storey and the 01 is the stack, so it is the unit on the 22nd storey of stack 01. The chart is laid out the same way, with the nine stacks running left to right as columns and the levels running bottom to top as rows.

Meyer Blue is a single block, Block 83, so there is only one grid to read and no second block to cross-check against. The nine stacks are numbered 01 to 09. Stacks 01 to 08 run from the 1st storey up to the 25th. Stack 09 starts at the 2nd storey. One unit type occupies each stack for its full height, which means a column on this chart is also a layout: stack 01 is the 4 Bedroom Premium + Study, stack 02 the 4 Bedroom Premium (DP1), stack 03 the 3 Bedroom, stacks 04 and 05 the 2 Bedroom Premium, stack 06 the 5 Bedroom Suite, stack 07 the 4 Bedroom Premium (DP2), stack 08 the 2 Bedroom Premium + Study, and stack 09 the 3 Bedroom Premium.

Four things on the chart look like printing faults and are not.

The 26th storey is nearly empty. It holds only two units, PH2 at #26-02 and PH1 at #26-05, and each Penthouse spans two stacks rather than one. The rest of that top row is The Meyer Club, the development’s sky level, which is why eight of the nine columns simply stop at the 25th storey.

Stack 09 has no unit on the 1st storey. The bottom right corner of the grid is blank because that stack begins at the 2nd storey. It is the reason the 3 Bedroom Premium numbers 24 units where every other single-stack layout numbers 25.

The 1st storey row reads differently from every row above it. Its eight units are the ground floor variants of their layouts, marked with a (p) suffix, and each carries a private enclosed space in place of the balcony found on the floors above. The stated area is the same as the standard variant.

The basement row is carpark, not units. It appears on the developer’s chart below the 1st storey and holds no homes.

The arithmetic closes in front of you. Nine stacks across levels 02 to 25 give 216 units. The eight units on the 1st storey bring that to 224. The two Penthouses on the 26th storey bring it to 226, which is the development total.

For the layouts behind each stack, see the Meyer Blue floor plans. For which way each stack faces and what it looks out over, see the Buyer’s Guide to Meyer Blue.
