Meyer Blue Developer

United Venture Development (Meyer) Pte. Ltd., a Joint Venture of UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited

United Venture Development (Meyer) Pte. Ltd. is the legal developer of record for Meyer Blue, a freehold development of 226 units at 83 Meyer Road, Singapore 437910, in District 15. The company is registered under UEN 202219183K, holds Developer Licence No. C1488, and was formerly named United Venture Development (No. 6) Pte. Ltd. It is structured 80/20 between UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited, with UOL holding the larger share. Meyer Blue is a single 26 storey block, Block 83, on an 8,981.10 sqm site held as an Estate in Fee Simple, with a second address at 81 Meyer Road, Singapore 437908 serving the management office.

The site came to the joint venture through a collective sale that took three attempts. Meyer Park, a 60 unit freehold development built in the 1980s at 81 and 83 Meyer Road, went to market on 25 July 2022 and again on 13 October 2022 at a reserve of S$420 million, and both tenders closed without a bidder. It was relaunched at a S$390 million reserve, and on 9 February 2023 the sale committee accepted the joint venture’s offer of S$392.18 million. The appointed team is P&T Consultants Pte. Ltd. as architect, Henning Larsen Pte. Ltd. as landscape consultant, Unison Construction Pte. Ltd. as main contractor, ThreeSixty Cost Management Pte. Ltd. as quantity surveyor, Peter Tay Studio with Index Design Pte. Ltd. as project interior designer, and Drew & Napier LLC as conveyancing solicitor. The project account is held with United Overseas Bank Limited under account number 772-340-173-2.

Past Development Achievements of UOL Group Limited

UOL Group Limited (UOL) holds a CONQUAS Band 1 track record with the Building and Construction Authority, the best of six bands, indicating a very low incidence of major defects across its recently completed private residential projects. On the BCA Quality Housing Portal as last updated on 1 August 2026, UOL’s banded record covers three Band 1 projects, three Band 2, one Band 3 and five under assessment. The banding is a firm level track record drawn from projects completed in the preceding six years, not a score for any one development, and Meyer Blue has not reached Temporary Occupation Permit and so carries no band of its own. It is one of the few developer quality claims that can be checked against a government register rather than taken on trust.

UOL was incorporated in 1963 as Faber Union Limited and listed on the Singapore Exchange the following year. United Overseas Bank acquired the company in 1973, and it was renamed United Overseas Land in 1975 and rebranded UOL Group Limited in 2006. It is today one of Singapore’s most established publicly listed property and hospitality groups, with total assets of about S$23 billion and a track record spanning more than 60 years, across development and investment properties, hotels and serviced suites in Asia, Oceania, Europe, North America and Africa. Its hotel subsidiary, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, operates the Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands. UOL’s accolades include the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award, the Aga Khan Award for Architecture, the BCA Quality Excellence Award, Urban Land Institute Awards for Excellence and the President’s Design Award. Its residential launches, including Meyer Blue, are marketed under UOL Homes, the group’s consumer facing residential brand rather than a separate legal party to this development.

UOL’s residential portfolio runs from earlier signature projects such as Nassim Park Residences through to Meyer House, a freehold development on this very same stretch of Meyer Road. More recent launches include Watten House, Pinetree Hill, Amo Residence, Watergardens at Canberra, Clavon, The Tre Ver, Dairy Farm Residence, Skye at Holland and Parktown Residence. Having already delivered a freehold project on Meyer Road itself is the most directly relevant part of that record for anyone weighing UOL’s ability to deliver on Meyer Blue.

Singapore Land Group Limited

Joint Venture Partner (20% Stake)

Singapore Land Group Limited (SingLand), formerly United Industrial Corporation Limited, is UOL’s Singapore listed property subsidiary, which means Meyer Blue’s two joint venture partners sit inside the same group and answer to the same ultimate interest in seeing the project delivered. SingLand holds its own CONQUAS Band 2 record with the Building and Construction Authority as at 1 August 2026, covering one Band 1 project, three Band 2, one Band 3 and five under assessment, so it comes to the joint venture with a banded delivery record of its own rather than as a purely financial partner.

SingLand’s portfolio spans residential, commercial and retail property as well as hotels, with an extensive holding of prime commercial assets in Singapore. Singapore Land Tower and Marina Square are among its landmark fixtures on the city’s skyline, and its residential work includes Mon Jervois and V on Shenton. The group connection also runs through to the project account for Meyer Blue, which is held with United Overseas Bank, the bank that acquired UOL in 1973.
